Prepare clear, concise summaries of investigative findings and resulting determinations.

Escalate complex or unresolved inquiries requiring additional information, specialized analysis, or stakeholder coordination.

Communicate findings to team leadership and relevant stakeholders as needed.

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement:

Collaborate with subject matter experts and other functional teams to obtain information, validate findings, and resolve inquiries.

Coordinate with Data Analytics personnel when investigations require advanced analysis, aggregation, visualization, or repeatable analytical solutions.

Identify opportunities to improve investigative processes, analytical methods, documentation standards, and quality controls.

Support development and refinement of standard operating procedures, analytical frameworks, and opportunities for automation.

Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in data analytics, business analytics, information systems, business administration, public administration, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.

Experience conducting investigative, root-cause, operational, business, or similar analytical work.

Demonstrated ability to analyze and correlate information from multiple sources and develop evidence-supported conclusions.
