Position Summary
Administers the Certified Business Enterprise (CBE) subcontracting plan required under the contract, ensuring subcontract execution, reporting, and DSLBD coordination meet all statutory deadlines.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain the subcontracting plan, including subcontractor names, certification numbers, scope of work, and pricing, and resubmit it at award and at each option-year exercise.
- Provide fully executed copies of all subcontracts identified in the plan to the Contracting Officer, Contract Administrator, District Auditor, and DSLBD Director within 21 days of award.
- Prepare and submit quarterly subcontracting compliance reports covering pricing, scope, and amounts paid to each subcontractor.
- Represent PFS at required annual DSLBD meetings regarding subcontracting plan status.
- Provide written notice to DSLBD and the District Auditor at contract commencement and completion.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
- Experience administering CBE/SBE subcontracting plans on DC government contracts.
- Familiarity with DSLBD certification and reporting requirements.
