• Experienced Stylists – Ideally 3+ years for Level 6 positions, but we’re open to less experience for the right talent.
• Clientele Preferred, Not Required – Our demand and reputation support stylists ready to build.
• Dedicated Professionals – Individuals seeking a long‑term home—not just a chair—within an established, employee‑based salon.
• Technical Versatility – Ability to provide a full menu of hair services, including precision cutting, Wella color services, perms, chemical straightening, texture services for all hair types, and special occasion and finishing services. Experience with Wella color is preferred; enthusiasm for continued education is essential.
