Experienced Esthetician (3+ Years) - Luxury Salon & Spa

Robert Andrew Salon & Spa is seeking a highly skilled, experienced Esthetician to join our luxury, team-driven environment. With over 50 years of excellence in beauty, relaxation, and wellness, we are a premier destination for elevated skincare services and results-driven treatments.

We are looking for a professional who is confident in delivering a full range of services and committed to providing an exceptional guest experience.

Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience as a licensed Esthetician
Active Maryland Esthetician license
Proficient in all core skincare services including:

• Customized facials
• Advanced skincare treatments
• Full body and facial waxing
• Dermaplaning

Strong consultation skills with the ability to recommend appropriate treatments and homecare

Deliver high-quality, results-driven skincare treatments tailored to each guest
Perform waxing and dermaplaning services with precision and care
Create a relaxing, professional, and elevated guest experience
Maintain strict sanitation and treatment room standards
Educate guests on skincare routines and recommend retail products
Work collaboratively with our service providers and guest experience team

Must be available for a variety of shifts including:
