Position Overview

We are seeking a licensed Esthetician to join our growing team. This is a wonderful opportunity for someone who is passionate about skincare, enjoys building lasting client relationships, and wants to grow alongside a new boutique salon. Whether you're bringing an existing clientele or looking to build one, we'll support your success. This commission-based role is ideal for a self-motivated esthetician looking to grow their clientele and maximize their income.

• Perform customized facial treatments and professional skin consultations.
• Perform eyebrow mapping, shaping, tinting, and waxing.
• Perform underarm waxing and other facial waxing services.
• Perform lash lifts, lash tinting, and eyelash extension services (if certified).
• Educate clients on home skincare routines and recommend professional retail products.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized treatment room.
• Follow all Maryland Board of Cosmetologists, OSHA, and sanitation regulations.
• Provide exceptional customer service from consultation through checkout.
• Work collaboratively with the salon team to create an outstanding guest experience.

• Current Maryland Esthetician License.
• Experience with facials, eyebrow mapping, tinting, and waxing.
• Experience with underarm and facial waxing.
• Lash lift and tint experience required.
• Eyelash extension certification and experience are highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of skin analysis and treatment planning.
• Professional, dependable, and positive attitude.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
