With over 3,600 children diagnosed with autism, this entry‑level Behavioral Technician role is in high demand. You will help children with autism build communication, socialization, and self‑help skills through play‑based ABA therapy.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver ABA therapy to children 18 months – 12 years in homes or centers
  • Implement behavior intervention plans and collect data.
  • Collaborate with parents and ABA team to set and track goals.
  • Maintain detailed session notes and progress reports.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Compassion, empathy, enthusiasm, and reliability.
  • Willingness to learn about autism and ABA.
  • Reliable transportation; valid driver’s license preferred.
  • Ability to work consistent weekly schedules (mornings, afternoons, evenings).
  • Ability to pass a background check.
  • Age 18 or older.
  • Eligibility to work in the United States.
  • Preferred:
    Bilingual English/Spanish; background in psychology, education, or related field; experience with children.
Benefits & Opportunities
  • Full‑time pay $20/hr, plus potential for RBT certification and advancement within 3 months.

Physical Requirements
  • May involve pushing, pulling, lifting up to 35 lbs. Requires ability to sit on floor, stoop, stand, walk, and run.
