You Will- Perform high quality MRI exams on incoming patients.
- Assure patient safety by adhering to company policies and established protocols.
- Administer contrast as needed, in a safe and effective manner.
- Understand and use TR, TE, flip angle, slice thickness, acquisitions, field of view and other adjustments and factors on the equipment in order to produce high quality images.
- Guide patients through this sometimes-difficult process by kindly talking them through the steps and answering their questions and concerns regarding exam procedures and process.
- Respond to physician questions and needs regarding patients.
- Demonstrate competency regarding safeguarding patient property and Patient Health Information.
- Safeguard on-site medications in accordance with company policies, procedures and any legal requirements.
- Demonstrate respect for company property, including any cash and patient financial information on site or on patient portals.
- Be responsive to the needs of others by exhibiting and maintaining professional behavior toward patients and coworkers.
- Respect patient boundaries and cultural sensitivities during all interactions.
- Interact diplomatically and sympathetically with patients, their families, and the public in a clinical setting.
- Establish, nurture, and maintain cooperative working relationships.
- Genuinely passionate about patient care and exercise sound judgment and professionalism in all situations.
- Able to demonstrate effective and professional communication, interpersonal skills and respect with patients, guests and colleagues.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritize work with a structured approach, and enjoy solving complex problems.
- ARRT(R)(MR) or ARMRIT certification
- State License in Diagnostic Radiologic Technology if applicable
- Must have BLS certification
- At least one year of diagnostic imaging experience is preferred

USD $37.00 - USD $45.00 /per hour
Shift: Mornings
Shift Variations:
Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm and other listed rotations; weekends as applicable.
