Whether you have experience working with children on the Autism spectrum, with developmental disabilities, or behavioral challenges - or you're just starting out and eager to learn - we want to meet you.

No prior ABA experience is required. We'll train you in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and provide the tools, support, and mentorship you need to grow your career while doing work that truly matters.

• Provide individualized behavioral support in homes, schools, and community settings
• Implement and track progress on behavior plans created by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
• Support and educate families to help children succeed in every environment
• Collaborate with a passionate, multidisciplinary team
• Maintain professionalism, compassion, and positivity in every session

• Competitive Pay: $20–$28/hour based on experience and education
