Benchmark Therapies is seeking Part-Time COTAs to join our caring, dedicated therapy team at Asbury Solomons in Solomons, MD
. Our therapy caseload is growing, and we’re excited to expand our OT department, making this a great time to come grow with us. Part-time status is up to 29 hours per week.

• Provide personalized, high-quality occupational therapy services
• Build meaningful relationships with residents, empowering them to stay engaged in their health, independence, and well-being
• Track and document patient progress using Net Health and facility systems
• Support and guide residents, families, and staff through therapy goals, outcomes, and the benefits of rehabilitation
• Bring professionalism, compassion, and kindness to every interaction
• Collaborate closely with fellow therapists as part of a supportive, passionate team

• A degree in Occupational Therapy Assistance from an accredited program
• An active Maryland COTA license in good standing
• A genuine love for working with the senior community
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
• A positive, collaborative attitude
