Summary
SUMMARY: You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of RNs, GI techs, and CNAs, working seamlessly with anesthesia and GI services to deliver exceptional care. You'll play a vital role in ensuring top-tier care for both inpatient and outpatient populations. Assisting with advanced GI procedures such as EGD, colonoscopies, ERCP, EUS, manometry, Fibro Scan, Pill Cam, Bravo, and HALO. Additionally, you'll provide pre-operative and post-operative recovery care, with a strong emphasis on patient safety and comfort.
Rotating through all areas of GI will offer you a diverse and stimulating work environment. Our department boasts advanced certifications in GI specialties, providing opportunities for you to expand your skills and knowledge. With an in-house educator, you’ll have access to tailored education and in-services to enhance your career development.
SUMMARY:
Transports patients to and from GI Lab. Assists with maintaining appearance of department.
EXPERIENCE: Must be at least 16 years of age and completed 10th Grade.

SKILLS:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to understand oral and written instructions.
LICENSE/CERT: Required: BLS (Basic Life Support) from AHA (American Heart Association)
