By teaching and supervising exercises you will help patients recover from musculoskeletal injuries while working directly with the doctors to promote a return to full functioning, pain-free life.

Fort Washington, MD.

• Competitive Salary commensurate with prior experience ($15 – $20/hour depending on experience). Candidates already certified as Chiropractic Assistants may be eligible for additional compensation.

• Assist doctors with patient care, including physical therapy modalities and rehab exercises.
• Perform various administrative, marketing, and sales tasks as assigned.
• Greet patients and visitors in a professional manner.
• Implement physical therapy modalities under the direction of the doctor.
• Teach and monitor patients performing rehab exercises; provide home exercise instruction.
• Accurate and efficient data entry of billings and charges.
• Collaborate with front desk staff to optimize patient satisfaction.
• Disinfect and maintain treatment rooms and equipment.
• Manage front desk responsibilities: answering phones, taking messages, confirming appointments, and other administrative tasks as assigned.
• Collect and complete forms for clinical research, ensuring accurate patient data.
• Regularly communicate with patients, doctors, and referral sources while working in a clinical environment, including direct patient care.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent Degree.
• Preferred but not required backgrounds:
  Medical Assistants, CNAs, Chiropractic Assistants, Physical Therapy Techs, Rehab Aides, Athletic Trainers, or other patient care/medical office professionals interested in making a difference in patients’ lives.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
