Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality radiation therapy procedures within approved treatment plans.
  • Ensure accurate patient setup, positioning, and safety protocols for each session.
  • Maintain detailed treatment records, dose calculations, and equipment logs.
  • Operate and calibrate radiotherapy equipment, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
  • Collaborate with physicians to review and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Monitor and report patient responses and adverse effects during therapy.
  • Participate in quality assurance and performance metrics to maximize treatment accuracy.
  • Engage in continuous professional development and stay updated on radiation oncology advances.
  • Provide compassionate patient education on procedures, expectations, and safety.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize treatment experiences.
  • Contribute to pipeline-driven territory planning by tracking patient flow and capacity.
  • Adhere to contract terms, working onsite, with strong accountability for personal targets.
Experience & Qualifications
  • Deliver precise radiation therapy per treatment plan with verified patient setup.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Radiation Therapy or related field; licensed or eligible for licensure.
  • Operate and calibrate radiotherapy equipment; perform QA checks per protocol.
  • Maintain accurate treatment records, dose calculations, and equipment logs.
  • Monitor patient responses, report adverse effects, and coordinate with physician.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to adjust plans and optimize care.
  • Be capable of meeting performance metrics and contribute to pipeline-driven territory planning.
  • Commit to continuous professional development and staying current in radiation oncology.
  • On-site role with strong accountability for personal targets and timely deliverables.
  • Provide compassionate patient education on procedures, expectations, and safety measures.
