The Home Care Scheduler will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling home care services for our clients. This is a full-time position that requires excellent communication and organizational skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in the home care industry and a passion for helping others.

• Schedule home care services for clients based on their needs and availability of caregivers.
• Communicate with clients and caregivers to ensure all appointments are confirmed and any changes are properly documented.
• Maintain accurate records of client schedules and caregiver availability.
• Work closely with the home care team to ensure all client needs are met and any issues are addressed promptly.
• Assist with caregiver recruitment and onboarding process.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and caregivers.
• Keep up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and quality of care.
• Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure seamless operations and client satisfaction.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the home care industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
• Proficiency in computer systems and software, including scheduling software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards clients and caregivers.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
