Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Full-Time Autumn Lake at Waugh Chapel, Gambrills, MD $34–$39/hour

Ultimate Therapy is seeking a motivated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our skilled nursing rehabilitation team. This role is ideal for a clinician who enjoys hands‑on therapy, building resident relationships, and helping patients regain mobility and confidence through functional care.

• Deliver physical therapy treatments and exercises under the direction of the Physical Therapist
• Assist residents with walking programs, balance training, transfers, and strengthening activities
• Support residents in reaching mobility and independence goals
• Observe changes in resident performance and communicate updates to the therapy team
• Complete timely and accurate treatment documentation

• Collaborative rehab environment with PT, OT, SLP, and nursing support
