Job Description

Equanimity Integrated Behavioral Health and Wellness is seeking clinicians for both Towson and Parkville locations. Clinicians can work in a hybrid format (in-person/telehealth). Employees must be full-time to receive benefits; part-time and contractor positions are also available.

• Provide individual and/or family and possibly group therapy
• Ability to work with patients of all ages, gender, race and other demographics
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
• Monitor and document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

• Master's degree in Mental Health field
• At least 2 years of experience working with patients in a clinical or therapeutic setting
• Strong skills in patient assessment, diagnostic proficiency, behavior management, and crisis intervention
• Proficiency in evidence-based treatment modalities, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Brief Psychodynamic, DBT (mindfulness), Interpersonal therapy, Applied Behavior Analysis, Humanistic, (eclectic skills preferred)
• Must be flexible and able to work with multidisciplinary team
