Exercise Specialist​/Rehabilitation Tech- Chester Maryland

Fitness Forum PT is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Exercise Specialist/Rehab Tech to join our team in Chester, MD. In this role, you will assist patients in completing their individualized exercise programs under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist and ensure the safety and well‑being of patients and staff during aquatic therapy sessions.

• Guide and assist patients with their exercise programs as directed by the Physical Therapist
• Clean and prepare exam rooms, tables, and equipment for patient use
• Provide excellent customer service by answering phones, confirming appointments, and scheduling patients
• Assist with front desk coverage as needed

• CPR certification (preferred)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Basic computer proficiency
• Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
• Preferred experience in Physical Therapy, Exercise Science, or a medical office setting
• Availability to work some evening hours

• A positive attitude and a passion for helping others achieve their health and fitness goals
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to create a welcoming and supportive environment for patients
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a busy clinical setting
• A commitment to safety, ensuring the well‑being of patients and staff during all activities, particularly in the aquatic environment
• Flexibility and reliability, with the ability to adapt to changing schedules and priorities
• Enthusiasm for working in a team‑oriented environment and supporting colleagues as needed
• A background in exercise science or healthcare is a plus
• Experience in an aquatic therapy setting is highly desirable
