Part‑Time Direct Support Professional – Gambrills, MD (25 hrs)

Bay‑CSS is seeking a dedicated Part‑Time Direct Support Professional to provide compassionate care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities. The position requires:
Monday‑Friday, 4 pm to 9 pm (approx. 25 hours per week). Pay: $21 per hour.

• Assist with daily activities, including meal preparation, medication administration, and personal care.
• Implement individualized care plans and offer emotional support to clients.
• Accompany individuals to appointments, outings, and community activities.
• Maintain accurate documentation of individual progress and incidents.
• Ensure a safe and supportive environment.
• Attend all required trainings within the specified timeframe.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant certification is a plus.
• Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
• Compassionate, patient, and understanding approach toward individuals with disabilities.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, car insurance, and ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
• Successful completion of a background check required.

Part‑time, 4 pm to 9 pm, Monday‑Friday (≈ 25 hrs per week). Occasional weekend shifts and required trainings may be scheduled.
