University of Maryland Medical Center - - Responsibilities:
Perform cleaning and environmental services in patient rooms, nursing units, offices, clinical areas, waiting areas, lobbies, restrooms, corridors, elevators and stairwells to maintain a clean, sanitary environment;
Replenish or replace expendable supplies such as soap, toilet tissue, and paper towels in a timely manner;
Operate and maintain cleaning equipment safely (buffers, scrubbers, vacuums, shampooers, etc.);
Report safety hazards and needed repairs to supervisors;
Attend HIPAA Privacy training and uphold patient confidentiality
