Compfi-Kare Homecare Services is hiring experienced Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide high-quality, non‑medical in‑home care to seniors in Maryland.
Job OverviewPay: $23.00 – $26.00 per hour.
Job Type: Full‑time, Part‑time, PRN / As‑Needed. Flexible scheduling.
Work Location: In person.
CNA Responsibilities- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
- Bathing
- Dressing
- Grooming
- Toileting
- Mobility assistance & transfers
- Companionship and supervision
- Light housekeeping
- Meal preparation
- Medication reminders
- Transportation to appointments (if applicable)
- Dementia and memory care support
- Post‑hospitalization support
- Active Maryland CNA certification
- Current CPR certification (preferred)
- Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check
- Ability to provide two professional references
- Need PPD, QuantiFERON Gold, or CXR
- Competitive pay: $23–$26 per hour
- Flexible scheduling (Full‑time, Part‑time, PRN)
