Location: Laurel
Ultimate Therapy Services is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant to support the rehab team at Autumn Lake Healthcare Cherry Lane in Laurel, MD. The role focuses on helping residents improve mobility, safety and overall function, under the direction of a Physical Therapist.
You will perform hands-on interventions, assist with mobility training, document care accurately, and participate in care planning as part of a therapist-led team.
