Office Front Desk AssistantThe Office Front Desk Assistant plays a key role in supporting the smooth and efficient operation of our pediatric office. This position involves performing patient registration, scheduling outpatient appointments, and handling medical record functions, including the release of medical information.
Key Responsibilities- Perform a variety of clerical duties to meet the needs of patients, medical staff, and physicians.
- Use customer service skills and teamwork strategies to deliver high-quality service to all customers, ensuring a positive experience for every patient.
- Manage patient registrations, appointment scheduling, and the release of medical records as needed.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in a healthcare or office environment.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and basic medical office operations.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
