• Deliver customized therapeutic and relaxation massage services that exceed luxury hospitality standards while addressing individual guest wellness goals
• Cultivate lasting client relationships through personalized consultations, attentive follow-through, and genuine care for guest well-being
• Maintain immaculate treatment spaces that reflect our commitment to safety, hygiene, and the refined ambiance expected in luxury spa environments

• Education:
  
  High school diploma or equivalent required
• Current Massage Therapy Certification and licensure per requirement of the Maryland State Board

This role requires standing and walking throughout shifts; sustained arm and hand strength; lifting up to 25 lbs.; and the ability to bend, reach, and remain stationary during treatments. Therapists must maintain professional appearance, verbal clarity, and visual acuity for detailed client assessment.
