In this role, you will support individuals with developmental disabilities in achieving greater independence, personal growth, and community integration. You will be part of a team committed to delivering high-quality, person-centered care while maintaining compliance with all regulatory standards.

• Provide direct support and assistance based on individual service plans
• Promote independence, dignity, and choice in all interactions
• Assist with daily living activities and community engagement
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Follow all organizational policies and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure quality care

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Relevant experience in healthcare, human services, or DDA preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Compassionate, reliable, and professional demeanor
• Must meet all state and organizational compliance requirements
