Location: Owings Mills
Inspired Options Inc. is seeking a Residential Support Assistant to help with daily living activities for residents in our group homes. Under supervision, you’ll work in a 1:1 to 1:3 ratio in home, community, and employment settings, implementing tailored activity plans.
You will document progress, participate in PCP development, and help residents learn money management while maintaining health and safety standards. Background check and drug screen are required before hire.
