ALS Paramedic MS Transport

Location: Lothian

As an ALS Paramedic - MS Transport with Med Star Health, you deliver high-quality, patient-first pre-hospital care and interfacility transport across the Maryland-Washington, D.C. region. You perform advanced life support, including comprehensive assessment, airway management, IV/IO access, medication administration, cardiac monitoring, and trauma care in both emergency and non-emergent settings. You ensure safe ambulance transport, accurate EMR documentation, and clear communication with dispatch, EMS partners, and receiving hospitals.
