ALS Paramedic MS Transport

Location: Hughesville

As an ALS Paramedic - MS Transport at Med Star Health, you will deliver advanced life support care during 911 responses and interfacility transports across the Maryland-Washington, D.C. region. You will perform comprehensive patient assessments, administer medications, manage airways, monitor cardiac status, and provide trauma and medical interventions in dynamic field environments. Working within a patient-first, mission-driven culture, you will collaborate closely with EMTs, nurses, and physicians, ensure safe and timely transport, maintain detailed electronic documentation, and participate in ongoing training and quality improvement.
