Position: Physical Therapist and Treating Outpatient Center Manager

Location: Nova Care in Baltimore, Maryland (White Marsh/ Nottingham)

Schedule: Full Time

Compensation: $95,000 - $105,000

Incentives: Up to $10,000 sign-on bonus and indefinite student loan assistance

Our Nova Care Nottingham team is currently seeking a licensed physical therapist with outpatient orthopedic experience and a willingness to take on a leadership role. This opportunity involves leading a team of outpatient orthopedic physical therapists while providing high-quality rehabilitative and preventative care. The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, mentoring staff, and ensuring that each patient receives personalized, evidence‑based treatment that promotes optimal function and overall well‑being.

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy
• Valid State Physical Therapist License is required to start
• CPR Certification
