Hybrid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Requirements Must have:

• We require a masters degree in psychology, special education, or a related discipline.
• We require current BCBA certification.
• We require LBA licensure in Maryland.
• We look for strong interpersonal and written communication skills.

• We provide behavioral analysis services to children with autism and related disorders in home and community settings.
• We develop, track, and refine instructional programs across language, social, and communication areas.
• We train paraprofessional staff to implement instructional programs and behavior support plans.
• We work under the guidance of our Executive Director and Clinical Director.
• We collaborate closely with our clinical team to support high-quality care.

We are Heartlinks ABA, a growing multi-state provider of ABA services led by a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst since 2018.
