Couples Therapist
CTSA is searching for a couples therapist to join our multidisciplinary team! The Center for Trauma, Stress, and Anxiety, LLC, is a growing multidisciplinary group mental health practice with a mission to be the premier integrative health and wellness resource for trauma and anxiety in our community. We have three locations (Bel Air, Nottingham/Perry Hall, and Cockeysville/Hunt Valley). We partner with our sister practice, Get Centered Wellness, in Bel Air to offer vibrational sound healing, therapeutic yoga, reiki, meditation, psychedelic assisted therapy, intensives, retreats, and more.
We are looking to meet the growing needs of our communities and add to our talented and passionate team. If you are looking to be part of an exceptional collective of healers, focused on treating trauma and anxiety in an integrative, collaborative setting, you're in the right place!
We believe relationship work matters deeply. Relationships have the power to heal, wound, regulate, dysregulate, connect, and transform us. At CTSA, we believe couples therapy deserves depth, intentionality, and specialized clinical skill... not surface-level communication coaching or one-size-fits-all interventions. We are seeking a thoughtful, relationally-oriented couples therapist who is passionate about helping partners navigate conflict, attachment wounds, intimacy struggles, betrayal, disconnection, and the complexity of being human together.
This is an opportunity to join a collaborative, integrative, and mission-driven clinical team that values both clinical excellence and genuine human connection.
CTSA is an integrative mental health and wellness organization specializing in trauma, anxiety, attachment and relational concerns, stress-related conditions, and whole-person healing. Our multidisciplinary team includes psychologists, counselors, social workers, psychiatric providers, wellness practitioners, and integrative and complementary providers. Through collaboration with our sister organization, Get Centered Wellness, we also offer therapeutic yoga, meditation, sound healing, retreats and intensives, ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, educational programming and CEUs, and leadership and professional development opportunities.
We are deeply committed to advancing both clinical excellence and human connection.
This role is ideal for a clinician who loves couples and relationship work, thinks relationally and systemically, enjoys depth-oriented psychotherapy, values strong clinical thinking and conceptualization, appreciates collaboration and consultation, and wants to continue refining their craft over time. The position is primarily outpatient psychotherapy-focused and may include an intentional blend of couples therapy, individual therapy, premarital counseling, relationship-focused intensives or workshops, and group offerings or psychoeducation (if interested).
We are especially interested in clinicians who have pursued advanced training in couples therapy or relational treatment approaches, such as Gottman Method, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Imago Relationship Therapy, Relational Life Therapy (RLT), attachment-focused or systemic models, and other advanced relational or couples-focused approaches. Advanced certification is not required, but a strong commitment to continued growth and specialization in couples work is highly valued.
The clinicians who thrive here are people who care deeply about providing exceptional care, value emotional depth and relational nuance, want collaboration rather than isolation, appreciate accountability and professionalism, are grounded, emotionally mature, and growth-oriented, enjoy lifelong learning and advanced clinical development, want meaningful work and long-term professional growth, and believe healing should address the whole person — mind, body, relationships, and nervous system.
Our clinicians are not "clock in, clock out" therapists. They are thoughtful professionals who care deeply about their clients, their teammates, and the impact they are making in the lives of individuals, couples, and families.
We invest in our people. We are committed to helping…
