As an
Activities Assistant
, you'll play a key role in enhancing residents' quality of life by planning, organizing, and leading engaging recreational, social, and wellness programs. From group activities and special events to one-on-one interactions, you'll help foster connection, independence, and joy throughout our community.
Compensation
$16.00- $16.50 per hour
(based on experience)Shift differentials
Same Day Pay for all employees

Activities Assistant
- Duties & Responsibilities:
- Be enthusiastic, creative, resourceful, and consistently positive
- Follow a daily activity calendar designed for residents with varying physical and mental abilities
- Lead a wide variety of programs including games, crafts, discussion groups, themed parties, and special performances
- Encourage resident participation and foster social interaction
- Adapt activities to meet individual resident needs and abilities
- Maintain accurate records of activities, attendance, and supplies
- Support a vibrant, engaging, and inclusive community environment
- Part Time
- Weekends (includes both Saturday & Sunday) - Schedule:
Day - Ability to safely lift, push, and pull up to 25-50 pounds as part of daily job responsibilities, with or without reasonable accomodation.
