Home Care Evolution - - Responsibilities:
Provide personal and companion care, including bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, and personal hygiene;
Read the client’s care plan and assessments and provide consistent quality care based on the care plan;
Clock in and out of every shift on the appropriate systems;
Observe clients, recognize changes in their behavior or health, and notify Nest & Care if necessary;
Adhere to all company policies, including dress code, time off, and call-out procedures
