Behavioral Innovations is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) lead in Bel Air, MD to elevate ABA care across Maryland. Lead clinical quality, mentor BCBAs, and drive growth in our Maryland centers.
We offer a competitive salary of $95,000–$140,000 per year plus up to $40K retention incentives, plus a $10K sign-on or relocation bonus and a performance bonus. Schedule is Monday–Friday, center-based work with dedicated administrative support.
