Qualifications & Desired

Experience:
  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active Maryland (MD) SLP license required
  • SLP-CCC credential required
  • Preference for previous MD school-based experience
  • Comfort and experience with K12 caseloads, including moderate to severe needs
  • Flexibility to travel between multiple school sites
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Deliver speech, language, and communication services to a diverse K12 student population
  • Manage spot fill needs for caseload coverage
  • Provide direct services for self-contained classrooms (modsevere) and itinerant support
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve student IEP goals
  • Document and communicate progress to caregivers and staff
