Brightview Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Memory Care CNA to support residents in our vibrant memory care neighborhood. In this on-site role, you'll provide person-centered assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, meals, and toileting while using safe transfer and infection control practices. You'll closely observe and report changes in residents' conditions, maintain accurate documentation, and partner with nurses and caregivers.
You'll also engage residents in meaningful, dementia-friendly activities, helping create a safe, warm, and respectful environment where each senior can thrive. We offer training, growth opportunities, and a supportive, resident-first team culture.
