OT Home Health Baltimore County/City. Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm, productivity expectation 30 points per week.

Call requirement? We may ask contractors to sign up for on-call if needed.

Weekend requirement? It could be required but generally our contractors have worked M-F.Patient population? Geriatric patients

Locals ok Requirements:2 years home care experience req Oasis documentation experience

Must have BLS, a valid driver’s license, and reliable vehicle.
