Calvert Health is seeking an outpatient medical coder to code and abstract outpatient records per established guidelines. The role requires AHIMA or AAPC certification eligibility within 12 months, and 1+ year of outpatient coding experience.
Knowledge of Meditech and 3M systems is preferred, with strong written and verbal communication and HIM workflow understanding. Education should be an Associate or Bachelor in HIM or Coding, or an equivalent combination.
