Blossom ABA is seeking a compassionate and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing clinical team in Maryland!
We are looking for a BCBA who is passionate about helping children and families, enjoys collaborating with a supportive clinical team, and is committed to providing high-quality, individualized ABA services.
What You'll Do- Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans based on client needs.
- Conduct assessments, including functional behavior assessments and skills assessments.
- Develop behavior intervention plans and treatment goals.
- Provide clinical supervision and guidance to RBTs and other members of the treatment team.
- Monitor client progress and make data-driven treatment modifications.
- Review clinical data and ensure treatment goals are being met.
- Provide parent and caregiver training and support.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, schools, and other professionals as appropriate.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and ongoing clinical training.
- Ensure services are provided ethically and in accordance with BACB standards and applicable requirements.
- Build positive relationships with clients, families, and team members.
- Master’s degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Current BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- MD LBA.
- Experience providing ABA services to children with developmental disabilities.
- Strong understanding of ABA principles, assessment, treatment planning, and behavior intervention.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
- Passion for helping children and supporting families.
- Strong clinical judgment and commitment to ethical, evidence-based care.
