• Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient clinic setting
• Evaluate, assess, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients
• Deliver hands-on therapeutic interventions in accordance with the plan of care
• Complete required clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure continuity and quality of patient care

• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Maryland (permanent license required)
• Prior experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
• Ability to meet facility-specific credentialing and documentation requirements prior to start
• Must not have worked at this facility in a permanent or PRN capacity within the past year

• Previous travel therapy experience in an outpatient setting
• Familiarity with outpatient clinic documentation systems and workflows

• Equipment provided and onboarding details communicated prior to your first day
• Parking accommodations available with details shared upon assignment start
