Responsibilities

3-5 years experience

  • Greet patients warmly and manage front desk operations efficiently.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain an organized patient calendar.
  • Verify patient insurance information and handle billing inquiries.
  • Collect and manage patient records while ensuring confidentiality.
  • Assist with patient check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Respond to phone calls and emails promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate with medical staff to ensure seamless patient flow.
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area for patients.
Requirements
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor are essential.
  • Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
