Desired Qualifications
  • Valid Maryland SLP License
  • Maryland teaching certification
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • School-based experience preferred
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills
  • Ability to work onsite or in a hybrid arrangement (supervision requirements)
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct therapy and evaluations for a caseload of 20 students
  • Supervise and mentor an SLPA in daily practice
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
  • Develop and implement effective IEP plans
  • Document student progress and participate in IEP meetings
