Critical Incident Responder, Licensed Mental Health Professional (MD) – Contractor
Are you looking for a unique way to support your community and local businesses? R3 Continuum is searching for diverse and compassionate behavioral health professionals to expand our network in Prince Frederick and surrounding areas in Maryland. You would be providing on‑site crisis support to organizations and employees recently affected by a disruptive workplace event.
Advantages of being an Independent Consultant for R3C include:- Comprehensive crisis response training
- Flexible schedule, work on a case‑by‑case basis
- Simple electronic reporting via our mobile app
- Independently licensed in the State of Maryland (LCPC, LCMFT, LCSW, or Psychologist)
- Minimum of a master’s degree in mental health
- Malpractice and Professional Liability Insurance coverage of $1,000,000/$3,000,000
- Willing to complete R3C’s Critical Incident Response training or proof of approved CIR training
