Ultimate Therapy is hiring an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our skilled nursing rehabilitation team. We are seeking a dedicated therapist who enjoys helping residents improve functional abilities, regain independence, and build confidence through individualized therapy programs.

What You'll Do:

• Evaluate residents and create personalized occupational therapy treatment plans
• Provide therapy focused on activities of daily living, upper extremity function, cognitive skills, and adaptive techniques
• Help residents improve safety, coordination, endurance, and independence with daily tasks
• Collaborate with nursing, rehab staff, physicians, and families to support patient-centered care
• Track progress and maintain accurate documentation

Qualifications:

• Active Occupational Therapist license required
