Supervisor, Imaging Services – Outpatient

• Provide leadership, supervision, and guidance to technical staff
• Responsible for the functions of an outpatient imaging department for multiple locations and multiple modalities
• Collaborates with imaging leadership in developing systemwide imaging policies and procedures
• Ensures regulatory compliance, safety, and specifications of equipment
• Completes employee mandatory performance check-ins
• Actively participates in the recruitment and hiring processes

• ARRT or RDMS certified
• Completion of Associates Degree in Sciences
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred or obtained within 3 years of hire
• Advanced Board Certification in CT and/or MRI when applicable
• Minimum of 5 years imaging experience
• CPR Certification
• Delaware State Licensure

Demonstrates leadership and supervision in managing outpatient imaging departments across multiple locations, ensuring regulatory compliance and safety while guiding technical staff. Possesses extensive imaging experience and relevant certifications to support effective recruitment and policy development.
