Bay Community Support Services in Lexington Park, MD is seeking a compassionate Residential Direct Support Professional (DSP) for a part-time role. You will assist residents with daily living tasks, monitor health and safety, and support independence in a residential setting.
Shifts are Wednesdays 2pm–10pm, Fridays 2pm–10pm, and Saturdays 8am–2pm. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required to accompany a patient, empathetic approach and clear documentation in care plans.
