As a Dietitian, you will play a vital role in ensuring the nutritional needs of our patients are met, promoting healthy eating habits, and collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes.
Responsibilities- Conduct thorough nutritional assessments of patients and develop personalized diet plans
- Plan and implement diet menus that meet patient needs and preferences
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Monitor patients' progress and adjust diet plans as needed
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers on proper nutrition and meal planning
- Conduct nutritional counseling and provide recommendations for improving overall health
- Participate in quality assurance and quality improvement initiatives
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
- Bachelor's degree in Dietetics or related field
- Completion of a dietetic internship program
- Registered Dietitian (RD) or Certified Dietitian (CD) credential
- Minimum of 0 years of experience in a healthcare setting
