Responsible for safely preparing, administering, and documenting prescribed medications to residents
Interact with residents and families
The ability to work as a team member along with all departments
Ensure accurate documentation throughout your shift
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Lift and/or carry items weighing up to 50 pounds. Push residents weighing in excess of 250 pounds in wheelchairs.
