This role provides evaluation and physical therapy treatments in compliance with state and regulatory standards. The position requires organizing patient assignments, maintaining accurate clinical records, and participating in multidisciplinary team meetings. The therapist also identifies patient needs for adaptive equipment and home modifications, and performs procedures like therapeutic exercises and gait training. Collaboration, communication, and adherence to safety and quality standards are essential.
- Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
- 1-2 years of clinical experience.
- Licensed as a Physical Therapist in applicable states.
- Valid driver’s license, dependable vehicle, and CPR certification.
- Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of home care regulations and equipment.
- Basic computer and smartphone proficiency.
