Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Current Physical Therapy license and certification to practice in Maryland

How You’ll Make an Impact

As a Physical Therapist, you will evaluate patients, create individualized treatment plans, and provide evidence‑based care designed to restore movement, improve function, and reduce pain.

You will play a key role in helping patients achieve meaningful goals while providing education, encouragement, and support throughout their recovery process.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess each patient and develop individualized treatment plans with measurable goals and timelines
  • Provide evidence‑based interventions focused on improving mobility and function
  • Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate

    Prepare and submit clinical documentation and progress summaries accurately and efficiently
  • Communicate with physicians and other healthcare providers regarding patient care and progress
  • Educate patients and families on rehabilitation goals, home programs, and injury prevention
  • Maintain professional standards and deliver high‑quality patient care
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative clinic environment
Skills:
  • Proficiency in manual therapy techniques
