Creative Options, Inc. is a non-profit organization who provides supports to people with development disabilities. We are looking to hire for our Behavior Respite Services; 24- hour, community-based crisis prevention and intervention services to people with intellectual and development disabilities in a 2:1 staffing ratio. Services will promote the development of quality services in the context of the local system of care.

- Health Insurance available (30-40 hours worked)
- Sick time for part-time employees
- Current CMT, First Aid, CPR, MANDT, and DDA trainings
- Degree in Human Service field and/or 5 or more years of experience in Behavioral health
- 21 years of age or older
- Valid MD driver's license with no more than 2 points
- Behavioral tech and ABA training preferred but not required
- Data driven and detailed oriented
- Skilled in Behavior Support Plan (BSP) implementation strategies
