Seeking an Occupational Therapist in Home Health

Key Responsibilities Include- Providing evidence-based occupational therapy services in coordination with the healthcare team

- Monitoring and reporting patient responses to treatments and condition changes
- Conducting assessments to determine functional ability and prognosis
The position requires current licensure in occupational therapy, CPR certification, a valid driver’s license, and access to reliable transportation. Candidates should demonstrate independence, multitasking skills, and strong communication and organizational abilities.
